Support for UF Exchange is offered in a tiered structure. If you need assistance in navigating this site, or if you have general questions, trouble connecting to mail, sending mail, or questions about Microsoft Outlook or other email clients, please contact the UF Computing Help Desk. If your request requires mailbox creation, mailbox management or special mail handling, such as importing or exporting mail, or if your issue is not readily resolved, it will be triaged to your area UF Exchange mail administrator. For these requests, contact your IT Local Support. Your area Exchange administrator also has recourse to the UF Exchange systems management team in order to resolve outstanding issues.
